He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has held various senior positions within 3i Infotech including Senior Vice President (USA), Head of Technology Services (USA), Chief Operating Officer (UK), Global Head - BPO Services and now is MD and CEO of 3i Infotech Consumer Services a subsidiary created exclusively to cater to Consumer Market.
Jagannathan has global experience of over 20 years in the fields of Management, Finance, Project Management, Technology Consulting and Business Development.
Prior to joining 3i Infotech, Jagannathan was managing the Oracle Technology Practice of UBICS, Inc, USA. Earlier, as a Chartered Accountant and management consultant, he managed and directed a team of professionals to provide a variety of Business, Management and Technology consulting for many Multinational clients.
